  1. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received them.
  2. All original tags and packaging must be intact.
  3. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

How to Initiate a Return:

  2. Go to the 'Order History' section.
  3. Please share your order number with: Support@poth.store
  4. Refund will issued once items are received.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.

Refunds: Once we receive your return and inspect the items, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return as described above and place a new order for the desired item.
